Are Jolie Beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, and we only work with suppliers who adhere to the same ethical standards.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or swatched.
